    Tom Limoli, Jr. of Atlanta Dental Consultants, Penny Reed Limoli of the Reed Limoli Group and Angie Skinner of Performance Dental Coaching, developed The Financial Agreement System to provide dental practices with a comprehensive, standard approach to financial arrangements. Through their experience in working with dental professionals across the country, they observed practices where nothing was obtained in writing from the patient, and other practices where the financial conversation was stilted and ineffective, usually because of a lack of training and protocol.

    The Financial Agreement System takes care of all of that by providing a form that will elegantly and efficiently walk your financial coordinator through that conversation with the patient and an accompanying manual with examples, scripts, and guides for your financial coordinator. The form allows for different methods of payment, or a combination of payment approaches, and it allows for easier communication with the patient regarding his or her treatment. A full tooth chart is printed on the form so that the necessary treatment can be easily explained and understood. At the end, we've included a method for using the form to bundle all of the necessary paperwork together and store it.

    The most revolutionary part of this product is its approach to insurance.
